  • ½ cup Moong Dal
  • 7 cups water
  • 2 pinches Shiba's Turmeric
  • 1½ tsp salt
  • 1 to 1½ tsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tsp Shiba's Popping Seeds
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • ½ (or less) tsp Shiba's Sweet Spice
DIRECTIONS:
Wash dal & soak it in water for half hour. Add more water if desired and put on stove to cook. Add salt and turmeric Leave on high temperature till fully boiled and bubbled (do not put lid on pot). Then put on low heat and cover it with lid. After it turns thick and cooked, take out another small pan. Warm butter enough to pop Shiba’s Popping Seeds. Add ginger, garlic, cilantro and Shiba's Sweet Spice. Pour into the dal (lentil).

  • 1 tsp Shiba's Popping Seeds
  • ¼ tsp Shiba's Sweet Spice
  • 1 tbsp Shiba's Clarified Butter
  • 2 pinches Shiba's Turmeric
  • 1½ tsp crushed, fresh ginger
  • 3-4 cups water
DIRECTIONS:
Heat butter (preferred Shiba’s brand GHEE for better flavor). Pop Shiba’s popping seeds in the butter. Add ginger, Shiba’s sweet Masala, turmeric & Stir; & water. Boil/simmer 3 min. Add salt or honey as desired before you drink. Drink Mildly hot.

  • 1 tbsp Shiba's Curry Spice
  • 1 tsp Shiba's Popping Seeds
  • 4 chicken breasts (sized as you desire)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chopped/minced garlic
  • 1 tsp chopped/minced ginger
  • ½ tsp of chili (as desired)
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 large onion (or 2 medium onions)

    DIRECTIONS
    Make the oil hot enough to pop one teaspoon of Shiba's Popping Seeds and then add the chicken. Add ½ cup of water and salt and let it cook half way. Then, add onions and dry out water and add Shiba's Curry Masala Spice, ginger, and garlic, chilly. Mix properly. and cook till the chicken pieces are properly roasted.
